Synopsis for Industrial Vibration Equipment Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) W519TC-23-Q-2227 for Industrial Vibration Testing Equipment in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). This requirement establishes the performance, design, fabrication, testing, installation, acceptance, and training to provide Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) for the replacement of an electrodynamic vibration system (shaker) coupled with an environmental chamber. This requirement consists of the removal of the previous system, the design constraints, installation, integration, testing, and acceptance of the new system. Work required by this contract shall be performed in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. Final acceptance shall be based on the systems performance after installation at PBA. Operator and maintenance training shall be provided by the contractor for this system after acceptance. The RFQ is solicited under NAICS: 333248 – All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The date offers are due will be issued with the RFQ. Estimated RFQ issue date is 28 April 2023. This is an estimated date only and may be subject to change.
