PBA Barrier Bags The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Integrated Footwear System (IFS) Barrier Bags to be delivered to Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), and the specifications contained in this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The corresponding NAICS code is 314910; the small business size standard is 500 employees; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 8430. Refer to the attachments contained in this solicitation for additional details. Industry is encouraged to ask any and all questions to assist in delivering the best quote to the United States Government (USG). All questions shall be submitted via email to the points of contact listed in the solicitation document no later than 9:00 a.m. central time, Monday, February 13, 2023. Please include the solicitation number in the subject line. The USG reserves the right not to answer questions received after this deadline. All questions received and respective answers will be posted to the sam.gov website via an amendment to this solicitation. Amendment 01 to solicitation W519TC-23-Q-2035 has been executed as of 17FEB2023. Amendment 01 revises bag dimensions that were originally contained in the Statement of Work included with the solicitation. Amendment 01 can be found in the list of Attachments associated with this solicitation. The closing date of this solicitation has been moved out one week to February 27, 2023 at 0900 CT.
