Ammendment 0001 The purpose of this ammendment is to cancel this solicitation. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract for the rental of a Portable Water Boiler for Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) contained in this solicitation. 1. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 –Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is 100% set aside for small business. 2. This solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04, effective 30JAN2022, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20220228, effective 28FEB2022. The complete text of any of the provisions and clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquistion.gov. 3. The corresponding NAICS code is 332410; the small business size standard in 750 employees; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 4410. 4. Acceptable quotes shall meet all requirements of the SOW and terms and conditions of this RFQ. All quotes shall include technical specifications of the proposed portable water bolier to be considered an acceptable quote. Award will be made to the lowest price offer that meets all technical requirements, terms of this RFQ and is determined to be a responsible contractor. 5. Delivery: Vendor provide the Portable Water Boiler in accordance with the SOW and provide an estimated delivery date. All work, deliveries, and acceptance will be FOB destination. The rental period shall be for six (6) months. 6. Vendor shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certifications – Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with the quote. A print-out from www.sam.gov will satisfy this requirement. 8. This acquisition is not rated in the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). 9. Quotes shall be received no later than Thursday 20, October, 2022 at 1300 central time. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to the points of contact listed below. 10. This is not a firm commitment on the part of the Government and does not constitute an order. 11.
