McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) has a requirement for one (1) 150 Gallon Vertical High Sheer Mixer (VHSM) for explosives to include Field Service and Support Service. The Government will install and start-up the unit after it is delivered with field service and support services from the contractor. This acquisition is a commercial requirement and it is set aside for small businesses. The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. The delivery date is 31 Dec 2024. Early delivery is allowed but must be coordinated with the contracting office.
