The purpose of Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W519TC-23-Q-0003 for the 21st Century Office Furnishings requirement is to extend the closing date from January 04, 2023 12:00PM CST to January 11, 2023 12:00PM CST. Questions and Answers (Q&A) will be posted tomorrow on January 05, 2023. Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W519TC-23-Q-0003 is to extend closing date from December 28, 2022 12:00PM CST to January 04, 2023 12:00PM CST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Purchase Order to provide 17 items for the 21st Century Office Furnishings requirement at Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) Rock Island, IL. This combined synopsis solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. 1. The U.S. Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby Requests a Quote (RFQ) W519TC-23-Q-0003 for the procurement of 21st Century Office Furnishings quantity of 17 items for the Army Sustainment Command (ASC) at the Rock Island Arsenal, in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 0001 Purchase Description, dated 05 December 2022. 2. This solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and IAW the provisions and clauses included in this solicitation. The resultant award will be a FFP Purchase Order. 3. The U.S. Government intends to make a single award to the Offeror who is responsible in accordance with FAR 9.104-1. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotes, prices submitted, and the availability of funds. 4. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror that provides the minimum material submission requirements as outlined FAR Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items under paragraph B. Technical - Sub Factor 1-4. 5. Offerors shall submit prices for the 21st Century Office Furnishings listed in Attachment 0001 to be considered for award. 6. Offerors shall submit unit prices for all the line items and total evaluated price listed within Attachment 0002 of the Pricing Matrix. 7. Quote should include price within Attachment 0002 Pricing Matrix, technical documents (include detailed specifications, make and model of items, dimensions of items, pictures of items), written statement indicating the method and timeline for the delivery, installation, and assembly 90 days after date of award, and Cage Code. 8. Confirm that your offered price are the best prices available; offered to your most favorable customers including the Government. Please confirm that you do not take any exceptions to the RFQ to include delivery charges in your unit price. 9. The resultant Contract will be paid via Wide Area Work Flow IAW DFARS 252.232-7006. 10. Delivery, Assembly, and Installation Date is 90 days after date of award.
