The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island intends to modify an existing contract to increase its total ceiling by $40 million, from $432 million to $472 million. This increase is to accommodate a higher volume of ServiceNow instances. The services will continue to be provided by Carahsoft Technology Corporation. The modification is justified as the required services are unique to the current contractor.
