Updating ACC-RI Industry Day: OPM-SANG will conduct one (1) Industry Day on 16 May 2025 for review of the base year course curriculum. The purpose of Industry Day is to allow Offerors access to the course curriculum in order to assist in proposal development and submittal. The United States Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI) Office on behalf of the Program Manager, Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM SANG) issues the following Request for Proposal (RFP), W519TC25RA008, for the procurement of an Advanced Military Studies Program (AMSP) for the Ministry of National Guard, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The AMSP is a Program of Instruction (POI) similar to the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) or the U.S. Marine Corps School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW). The AMSP will produce experts in operational planning and campaign design while incorporating the tenets of joint military operations. The place of performance for the AMSP course is at the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Command and Staff College (KAACSC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This solicitation is issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. 2. This RFP is issued as a 100% full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 611310 - Colleges, Universities, and Professional Schools, size standard $34.5M. 3.
