ARCHITECT AND ENGINEERING SERVICES (A-E) - MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACTS (MATOCs) FOR THE VERTICAL FACILITIES PROGRAM PRIMARILY IN SUPPORT OFTHE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY (DHS) - ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT OFFICE (ECSO) - FORT WORTH DISTRICT (SWF) AND WITHIN THE SOUTHWESTERN DIVISION (SWD) AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR). AMD 01 removes the submission instructions related to DoDSAFE and adds the required PIEE Solicitation Module submission instructions. AMD 02 incorporates the changes as a result of the questions and answers in the bidder inquiry system. This amendment also extends the synopsis to the Response Date noted above. AMD 03 incorporates the changes as a result of the questions and answers in the bidder inquiry system. There is no change to the due date of 28 April 2022.
