The contractor will provide Base Operations Maintenance and Support Services (BASOPS) under a Firm Fixed Price, non-personal services contract under NAICS 561210. The work covers six functional areas: grounds maintenance; pavement clearance including snow, ice, and sand removal; facility maintenance; horizontal facility maintenance; heating and cooling services; and Army Cemetery. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary, and is responsible for all parts for Preventive Maintenance Orders and repair parts for Demand Maintenance Orders. Performance must meet the Annex A Overarching Performance Work Statement, with contract service providers accountable solely to the contractor and no Government supervision or control over them.
