The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC) has a requirement from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Carlisle Barracks Pennsylvania, to select a Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision required to support sustainment, renovation and modernization construction services to installation facilities and components throughout the US Army’s Carlisle Barracks area in the state of Pennsylvania. The overall goal of this contract is to provide the Garrison Commander and the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) the capability to provide timely and quality sustainment, renovation and modernization construction support services for the facilities and components which support the soldiers, family members and civilians of Carlisle Barracks. Services Description: 0001 Normal Working Hours 0002 Other Than Normal Working Hours 0003 Non-Pre-Priced Line Items Solicitation: The Government anticipates a solicitation release date on or about January 21, 2026, through sam.gov website. Requests for printed copies of the solicitation will not be accepted. Contract type: A Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated, and the award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that best meets the Government's requirement. All requirements, evaluation criteria, basis for award and proposal due date will be provided as part of the solicitation. Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance will be a 60-month Ordering Period and an Optional six-month extension under FAR 52.217-8. The anticipated full period of performance is 10 September 2026 to 9 Mar 2032. Competition Status: This requirement will be under NAICS Code 236220 Facilities Support Services with the size standard of $45,000,000.00.
