The service outlined in this requirement encompasses dining facility management functions, to include food receiving and storage, food preparation, food serving, remote site feeding, and facility sanitation duties for four (4) dining facilities located at Ft McCoy, Wisconsin. The base operates dining facilities that provide meal service to military personnel on Ft McCoy, Wisconsin.
