The Hawaii National Guard seeks a single firm fixed-price, 100% small-business set-aside contract under NAICS 236220 for concurrent construction of a new Munitions Maintenance and Inspection Facility (about 2,400 SF) and a Conventional Munitions Cube Storage Addition (about 1,320 SF) at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. Work includes micro-pile foundations, cast-in-place concrete, structural framing, metal roofing, HVAC/plumbing, lightning protection, fire alarm/sprinkler systems, and an optional MAC concrete pad with asphalt access, along with temporary security fencing and escort/access requirements.
