Quotes must be submitted electronically via email and limited to 5 pages, with a signed SF1449, vendor/POC/CAGE/UEI/contact/discount terms, socio-economic status, and completed Work Experience Form. Offerors must also complete all SAM Representations and Certifications to be eligible for award. The Government intends to award without discussions, so initial offers should contain best terms, and requiring a separate third-party agreement will be deemed technically unacceptable.
