This is a combined synopsis/soliictation. Contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform recurring Preventative Maintenance and Inspection (PMI) services of the proprietary Shooting Range Industries LLC. (SRI) built 12-lane Indoor Firing Range and their related systems in accordance with the manufacturer recommended preventive maintenance schedule. The indoor firing range was designed, built, installed and contains proprietary equipment from SRI. Contractor is also required to provide repair services which requires technical qualifications and parts proprietary to SRI. If qualified and capable, submit your quotation including your approach to perform quarterly maintenance, repair services, and arrangement with SRI (proprietary technical information and parts from SRI). Please see the other requirements in submitting your quotation including the attached documents. Attached with this solicitation is a brand-name and sole-source justification. If the Government receives no other quotation, Government will prepare to award to SRI.
