The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to service Oil Water Separators (OWS) and recycle petroleum products including oily water at Hawaii Air National Guard (HIANG) facilities located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH). The Contractor shall provide transportation of products from accumulation points within the HIANG compound to the recycling site for final disposal in accordance with all state and federal requirements. The transportation vehicles are required to meet the Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
