This is a Sources Sought notice for the construction of a Munitions Maintenance and Inspection Facility and a Conventional Munitions Cube Storage Addition at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. The combined project magnitude is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000, with work including specialized foundations, structural framing, roofing, HVAC, and fire protection systems. The contractor must coordinate with the HIANG and 154 CES for site access and environmental requirements, and may need to demonstrate technical capability with island construction and logistics. Interested parties must submit a written notice of intent to bid as a prime contractor, along with required documentation, by July 7, 2026. Performance of services will be located at JBPHH, Hawaii.
