Submissions shall not exceed 10 pages, and provide the following: Vendor Name; Vendor POC; Vendor CAGE; Vendor DUNS; Contact Ph#; Fax and/or Email; Discount Terms (if applicable); and Socio-Economic status. Additionally, in order to be eligible for award, all respondents shall complete all Representations and Certifications found within their profile in the System of Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 1:30 p.m. HST, 8 September 2022. All offerors and quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site; however, will be eligible for award if unable to attend. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract WITHOUT discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. (FAR 52.212-1(g)). A quoter which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party shall be deemed technically unacceptable.
