The 103rd Airlift Wing requires contractor services for the restoration and preservation of one C-130 and one A-10 static display aircraft. The work will be performed at Bradley Air National Guard Base in East Granby, CT. The scope includes sheet metal repair, corrosion control, surface preparation, bird proofing, and the application of a heritage paint scheme. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract where technical and past performance factors are significantly more important than price.
