This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50SC224QA006 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an Ammunition Cartridge Crushing System. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. This requirement is posted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 332710 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 3470. Small businesses are requested to provide a quote for one (1) Ammunition Cartridge Crushing System that meets the following requirements: Dual-roller system that crushes ammo shells for recycling; 30 HP electric wired for 240V 3 phase feed Magnetic system to separate ferrous metals prior to crushing In-feed conveyor with hopper/bin; minimum 2 hp drive Out-feed conveyor with diverter flap; minimum 2 hp drive System must be able to be housed and operated inside a 20 ft shipping container Must include safety emergency stop Offers must include shipping costs and lead times.
