This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a subsequent written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50SC2-24-Q-A003 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for CATERED MEAL SERVICES at 103d Air Control Squadron (ACS), Air National Guard Base in Orange, CT 06477. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. This requirement is posted as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 722310, “Food Service Contractors”, with a size standard of $47.0 million. The Product Service Code is S203. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for the following CLIN structure: CLIN 0001 Catered Meal Services Base Year - in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS) PoP: 1 AUG 2024 – 31 JUL 2025 CLIN 1001 Catered Meal Services Option Year 1 - in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS) PoP: 1 AUG 2025 – 31 JUL 2026 CLIN 2001 Catered Meal Services Option Year 2 - in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS) PoP: 1 AUG 2026 – 31 JUL 2027 CLIN 3001 Catered Meal Services Option Year 3 - in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS) PoP: 1 AUG 2027 – 31 JUL 2028 CLIN 4001 Catered Meal Services Option Year 4 - in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS) PoP: 1 AUG 2028 – 31 JUL 2029 All firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at SAM.gov to be considered for award. The vendor must be located within a 70-mile radius of 206 Boston Post Rd, Orange, CT 06477.
