This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50SC2-23-R-0009 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Air Compressor Inspection and Maintenance at Bradley Air National Base (ANGB). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04. This requirement is posted as a Full and Open Competition under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811310, “Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance”, with a size standard of $12.5 million. The Product Service Code is J043. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for the following CLIN structure: CLIN 0001 Air Compressor Inspection and Maintenance in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW) All firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at SAM.gov to be considered for award. Proposals are due no later than 1:00 PM, EDT on August 31, 2023. Offers must be submitted in writing and ONLY via email to TSgt Delmar Munoz at Delmar.munoz.mil@army.mil. Oral offers will not be accepted. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Proposals must be valid for 30 days. Payment will be EFT and payment and invoicing will be through WAWF. Payment terms are NET 30 Days.
