The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources for planning purposes only. The Connecticut National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Responses to this notice are NOT considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified Small Business (SB) concerns capable of performing the requirements described below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $19.5 million. The contractor must provide all labor, materials and equipment to remove waste and service on-board Lavatory Toilets and urinals on the C-130H3 aircraft at Bradley ANGB. This project will comply with DoD antiterrorism/force protection requirements per unified facilities criteria. All interested parties responding to this sources sought request shall, at a minimum, submit the following information requested on the attached document titled: Sources Sought Response Form Submissions are restricted to ten (10) single-sided pages maximum, and must include: (1) Positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor. (2) A completed and signed Sources Sought Response Form. (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three (3) years, may be from both Government and/or private industry projects. The list must include the type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor. If subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
