The USPFO for Connecticut has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for construction, non-personal services, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for PA System Upgrades at the Bradley Air National Guard Base in East Granby, CT. This project is to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) which appears in Solicitation W50SC2-21-B-0004. The contract duration is 90 days after notice to proceed. This project is a total Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238210, with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM ET on September 14, 2021. Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than (NLT) 1:00 PM ET on September 16, 2021. Responses to RFIs will be posted to SAM.gov NLT 1:00 PM ET on September 17, 2021. Bids are due NLT 1:00 PM ET on September 21, 2021. See Solicitation W50SC2-21-B-0003 for further details. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1 a Payment Bond in the amount of the contract award will need to be provided to the Contracting Officer prior to the Notice To Proceed (NTP) being issued.
