The NAICS code i... This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Solicitation,W50SC2-20-R-0007-0002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is posted as full and open competition. The NAICS code is 811121 and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J023. This solicitation is for body repairs to a 2012 Oshkosh Striker 1500 (P19 Firetruck) located at the Bradley Air National Guard Base in East Granby, CT. Repairs are to be performed off base and within 50 miles of the base. See the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more details, requirements and instructions. Offers will be evaluated for best value which is made up of the following three categories; price, past performance, and delivery schedule, where price will be equal to past performance and delivery schedule when they are combined. Past performance will be evaluated by reviewing CPARS ratings. If no CPARS ratings are available then that offeror will receive a neutral rating for past performance. The evaluation of the offers is subjective and the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. All products and services must be compliant with the Buy American Act and DFARS 225.1. All items must be new. Standard provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08 will apply to this acquisition, see solicitation W50SC2-20-R-0007-0002. All firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database @ beta.sam.gov to be considered for award. Questions should be sent to MSgt Eric M. Hoss at eric.m.hoss.mil@mail.mil by 4:00 PM, EDT, on September 21, 2020. Responses to questions will be posted on beta.sam.gov by 4:00 PM, EDT, on September 23, 2020. Quotes are required to be received no later than 4:00 PM, EDT, September 24, 2020. Quotes shall be submitted on the Standard Form 1449 for this solicitation. The offeror shall fill in their business and contact information in Box 17a, and include the CAGE Code. The delivery date of all products and services will be 60 days after the contract is executed unless the offeror identifies a different delivery schedule. The offeror shall complete Boxes 30a-c, fill out the two representations in 52.204-24, paragraphs (d)(1) and (2) on page 6 and also the one in 52.204-26, paragraph (c) on page 7 and then email the SF 1449 to eric.m.hoss.mil@mail.mil and bradford.c.erdmann.mil@mail.mil no later than 4:00 PM EDT on September 24, 2020. All items will be new and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Quote must be valid for 30 days. Payment will be EFT and payment and invoicing will be through WAWF. Payment terms are NET 30 Days.
