The 130th AW Contracting office in WV is issuing this solicitation for Invitation for Bids to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for services, supervision necessary for the services, nonpersonal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation,materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the Construction project Hydraulic Mule.The proposed work on this project consists of providing power (480V, 60 Hz, 200-300 amp) for equipment (Hydraulic Mule) and requires installation of Skyko smart safety panel and running electrical wire. Install/change to 300 amp breaker in Bld. 407, room 149. Run conduit 4” from room 149 through hallway ceiling to hangar, using hangers located inside of hangar (350 ft). Mount control panel supplied by the 130th. Pull wire and make all connections for completion of job. Contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, personal or rented. Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of all demolition debris or materials at an off-base location in compliance with all State and Federal and local regulatory guidelines. The work well be completed in building 407 room 149 of the West Virginia Air National Guard at McLaughlin Air National Guard Base. The contract duration work shall be completed within 60 days after date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This project is set aside 100% for small business. Reference attached Solicitation.
