Sources Sought Notice CONSTRUCT AN ASPHALT ROAD AND PARKING PAD CATEGORY Y - Construction of Highways, Roads, Streets, Bridges, and Railways Contact: 130th Base Contracting Office, 1679 Coonskin Drive, Charleston, WV 25311, POC Major Sam Stuck, 304-341-6206, samuel.stuck@us.af.mil Synopsis: Construct Asphalt Road and Parking Pad - Sources Sought The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential small businesses that can provide service for this project. This notice is for planning purposes only and all interested parties should respond. McLaughlin Air National Guard Base, West Virginia intends to issue a solicitation and award of a firm fixed price contract. Work will consist of constructing a paved road/parking pad and drainage system. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All interested vendors will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their postive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 18 April 2023. This notifiication, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form and (3) a lisitng of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location and point of contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontactor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor and (4) a brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
