The 130th Airlift Wing (AMC) is requesting quotations from vendors for hotel rooms and meeting space to facilitate the Strong Bonds Marriage Retreat hosted by the 130th Airlift Wing Base Chaplain's Office. This is a 2.5 day event that consists of up to 20 couples and 2 instructors, includes hotel rooms, meeting space, meals, and accomodations for guests during the program, such as hot coffee station and breaks. See requirements with the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for further details. All requirements must be met or a vendor's quotation may be rejected for not conforming to the requirement. Vendors should have a specific hotel when providing a quotation and pass that information to the Government in their quotation (i.e., do not just regurgetate the requirement with a dollar amount - work with potential vendors to find a suitable location for the event with an acceptable, inclusive quotation). Per Diem rates apply but vendors are encouraged to find lower rates if possible to facilitate the event. Please note that this requirement is based on price alone, but a determination of contractor responsibility will also follow to determine suitability of vendor location.
