A combined synopsis/solicitation seeks offers from small businesses to supply and install an engineered tensioned-fabric tent structure measuring approximately 80 by 112 feet at Volk Field Air National Guard Base. The structure must be a permanent-grade, climate-resilient, column-free clear span building with arched trusses, vertical sidewalls/end walls, and at least 12 feet of interior clearance, capable of withstanding extreme cold, heavy snow, high winds, hail, and freeze-thaw cycles. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, transportation, and installation services. Offerors must be registered in SAM and submit complete technical specifications to be evaluated for acceptability. Funds are not currently available, and no contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
