Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a 100% Small Business set-aside requirement for 385 lodging rooms. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition, and no award will be made until appropriated funds are provided. Offers must include complete technical specifications, an estimated delivery date, and the company's SAM Unique ID, CAGE Code, and Tax Identification Number. All contractors must be registered in SAM at the time of quote submission. Questions must be submitted by 16 APRIL 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT.
