This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation W50S9H26QA010 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, dated 01 October 2025. This requirement is set aside 100% Small Business. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 488190 – Other Support Activities for Air Transportation, with a size standard of $40.0 Million. All qualified Small Businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotes. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: One (1) Job – F18 Aircraft Transport in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to Transport of one (1) F-18 BUNO 164903, from MALS 11, MCAS Miramar, San Diego, Cal, to Volk Field ANGB, Camp Douglas, WI 54618. See attached SF 1449 Solicitation and Statement of Work for additional information and CLIN structure. ***Funding is not presently available for the acquisition.
