This is a 100% small business set-aside for commercial construction services to repair by replace the roof and install security doors at Building B512 on General Mitchell Air National Guard Base in Milwaukee, WI. The project budget is between $500,000 and $900,000, with a total maximum performance period not exceeding 180 calendar days. The base requirement includes removing and replacing approximately 23,100 SF of roofing with a 90-mil EPDM system and R-30 insulation, plus gutters and downspouts.
