(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation W50S9G-21-Q-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09, effective 26 October 2020. (iv) This RFQ is not set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 721110 – Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels with a SB size standard of $32.5M. (v) The WI Air National Guard is hosting a Strong Bonds event. Seeking a venue in Wisconsin Dells, WI (zip code 53965). See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for specifications: CLIN 0001 – December 11-13, 2020 – Qty 30 rooms per night CLIN 0002 – May 27-29, 2021 – Qty 30 rooms per night CLIN 0003 – August 26-28, 2021 – Qty 30 rooms per night (vi) A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The Government reserves the right to award to multiple contractors based on contractor availability. Preference will be given to those who can perform multiple CLINs. (vii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (DEVIATION 2018-O0013), applies to this acquisition. Instructions to Offerors: Quotes in response to this solicitation must include the Offeror's CAGE Code or DUNS Number. Quotes must be valid through August 31, 2021. Provide pricing on attached spreadsheet. You may provide pricing for one or more CLINs. The Government reserves the right to award to multiple contractors based on contractor availability. The Government may include any of the CLINs as options to the awarded contract. Complete and submit FAR Clause 52.204-24 Representation (see attached PDF) (viii) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Price 2. Technical – Clear, organized and complete proposals are essential. Proposals shall demonstrate an understanding of the requirements. The Government will make no assumptions, rely on no information submitted previously, and presume no information not specified in the proposal. A site visit by the Strong Bonds coordinator and other interested parties to assess the safety, comfort, health, and cleanliness of the facility; which will be rated as either acceptable or unacceptable. (ix) The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items with a quote, or be currently registered in the SAM website with Representations and Certifications completed. (x) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
