This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation W50S9G-20-Q-0006 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04, effective 15 January 2020. (iv) This RFQ is not set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 721110 – Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels with a SB size standard of $32.5M. (v) The WI Air National Guard is hosting a Strong Bonds event. Seeking a venue in Wisconsin Dells, WI (zip code 53965). See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for specifications: CLIN 0001 – July 14-17, 2020 – Qty 90 rooms per night Option 1 CLIN 0002 – September 18-20, 2020 – Qty 30 rooms per night (vi) A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The Government reserves the right to award to multiple contractors based on contractor availability. Preference will be given to those who can perform multiple CLINs. Instructions to Offerors: Quotes in response to this solicitation must include the Offeror's CAGE Code or DUNS Number. Quotes must be valid through September 30, 2020. Provide pricing on attached spreadsheet. Make sure spreadsheet reflects contract price. You may provide pricing for one or more CLINs. The Government reserves the right to award to multiple contractors based on contractor availability. The Government may include any of the CLINs as options to the awarded contract. (viii) Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. Technical acceptability includes: 1. Conformance to the Statement of Work, and 2. A site visit by the Strong Bonds coordinator and other interested parties to assess the safety, comfort, health, and cleanliness of the facility; which will be rated as either acceptable or unacceptable. (ix) The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items with a quote, or be currently registered in the SAM website with Representations and Certifications completed.
