The 115th Fighter Wing in Madison, WI is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing indoor firing range cleaning under an attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), including feedback to refine the requirement and assess small-business/socioeconomic set-aside feasibility. This is a planning-only Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation or commitment to award, and the Government will not reimburse response costs. Interested firms should provide company and UEI information, relevant experience/capability, whether work will be self-performed or subcontracted, business size/socioeconomic status under NAICS 811310 (size standard $12.5M), and recommendations on PWS clarity, commercial practices, safety, cleaning methods, waste handling, missing turnkey services, qualifications, and pricing information. The range does not currently use and has not historically used lead ammunition, which respondents should consider when proposing practices and PWS revisions. The Government may hold a pre-solicitation site visit for interested vendors to observe facility conditions and gather requirement information, and firms should indicate whether they would participate.
