The 115th Fighter Wing requires blood testing and results for approximately 28 individuals for the PFAS compounds listed in the Performance Work Statement dated 19 August 2025. Blood draws will be accomplished by the 115th Fighter Wing. The contractor will be responsible for transport from the 115th Fighter Wing at 3110 Mitchell St in Madison, WI, testing within required guidelines, and reporting of results. This will include one base and four options. Please see attached documents for details. Update 8/19/2025: 1. Combined Synopsis and Solicitation, Amendment 1, replaces the orignal document. Th edelivery date is extended. 2. Performance Work Statement (PWS) Updated 20250819 replaces the original document.
