The 115th Fighter Wing in Madison, WI, requires provision and installation of one tire carousel to efficiently store and access tires, enabling one operator to rotate carrier frames, locate desired tire sets, stop at proper position, and remove tires safely at floor level. This is a brand name or equal requirement, for a VIDIR model HT54162-0563-12, or an equivalent item. It will supplement an existing VIDIR model HT54162-0563-12. See the attachment for complete information. Amendment 1, 03 September 2024 This solicitation is reopened until 4:00 pm CDT on Friday, 06 September 2024 to clarify the following: 1. No GFE (Government Furnished Equipment) will be provided for this requirement. Any forklift, scissor lift, or other equipment required for installation must be provided by the contractor. No diesel or combustion engines will be allowed in the installation area, as it is unventilated. 2. The Government will not finance this project and cannot provide a down payment. Payment may only be made upon submission of a proper invoice after installation, start-up, and inspection/acceptance.
