Minimum Requirements: All equipment must have the following characteristics: Rated for outdoor usage. Rapidly deployed in approx. 30 minutes. Integrate with each other. Integrate with Android Team Awareness Kit (ATAK) software. Transmit data to the mobile device. Capable of at least AES-128 encryption. All sensors must be networked and use known threat characteristics to classify potential threats through multiple sensor inputs, limiting false alarms without allowing threats to penetrate perimeter undetected. 12 Each – Brand Name or Equal: McQ Ranger, PN RA-K1001 Deployable surveillance sensor. Detects and classifies personnel, vehicles, watercraft, and aircraft using acoustic, magnetic, and seismic sensors. Adjustable sensing levels for different environments. Battery powered with approx. 30 day battery life. 2 Each – Brand Name or Equal: McQ Owl, PN OW-K9020 Deployable camera with radar. Must NOT use a Passive Infra-Red (PIR) sensor. Day and night capable. Provides live still pictures and video up to 1080p or greater. Detects personnel up to 50 meters and vehicles 100 meters away. Provides live detection data. 1 Each – Brand Name or Equal: McQ TacSAD Android Mobile (TAM) Device PC or tablet that integrates with the equipment to provide live data. Must have the ability to control the equipment. Rugged for field use.
