The Wisconsin Air National Guard has a requirement to procure and install a total of 3 vehicle lifts in two separate buildings at the 115th Fighter Wing in Madison, WI. Removal of two existing lifts is part of this requirement. For more information and the complete Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Purchase Descripion, see the attached documents. Amendment 1 (13 August 2024) 1. Amended attachment "Combined Synopsis and Solicitation" to add the following for a site visit: A site visit is offered on 27 August 2024 at 1:00 PM CDT at Truax Field, 3200 Pierstorff St, Madison, WI 53704. To attend, the attached SFS Form 12 must be completed and returned to the POC on this notice. Once received and approved, you will be provided with further instructions. 2. Attached a document with pictures in support of Line No 0006 on the Price Schedule. Amendment 2 (27 August 2024) 1. Extended due date by two days. 2. Revised both attached purchase descriptions to clarify the requirement based on the site visit and other questions asked. Changes are indicated in red. 3. For all lifts, electric service that the Contractor will tie into will be provided by the Government. 4. Clarifying that it is acceptable for the awardee to use subcontractors, but multiple awards will not be issued to a contractor and its subcontractors. Amendment 3 (29 August 2024) 1. Revised file "Combined Synopsis and Solicitation" to incorporate the addition of Line 0007 under item 1. The requirement to remove and disassemble the existing lift for Item 1 was added to the Purchase Description on Amendment 2. Amendment 3 only serves to add this as Line 0007 on the price schedule.
