The Wisconsin Air National Guard (ANG) has a requirement to enhance branding and heritage within four buildings at the WI Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) Air Staff office and 115th Fighter Wing (FW) in Madison, WI. The scope of this project is expected to include, but is not limited to, design and non-destructive installation of: a. Vinyl Wall Covering b. Dimensional Signage c. Metal Die-Cut Aircraft d. Acrylic Displays e. Painting For further details and requirements review the attachments. A site visit will be held on 04 September 2024 at noon CST. Attendance is highly encouraged. This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard. Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available for award, and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Governments intent to make award. This is not a commitment of funds or contract award. Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government. Determination of best value will include an evaluation of price, technical, past performance, and prior experience. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. All questions shall be in writing. Questions shall be emailed to the primary point of contact shown on this RFQ. The expectation is for the graphics to include vinyl wall wrap murals on walls and glass, dimensional lettering, die cut aircraft, imagery in raised acrylic frames, and minor wall painting. Solicitation W50S9F24Q0006 will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the procedures at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 13 and 36.
