NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The 115th Fighter Wing Mission Support Contracting office intends to solicit and award a sole source contract, using the authority of FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), to VESTA Housing Solutions, LLC, 1000 Town CTR Suite 975, Southfield, MI 48075-1260, if funds are made available. The requirement is to renew the lease of temporary offices (trailers) that are currently on site at Truax Field, Madision WI. The purchase description and sole source determination are attached. The NAICS for the requirement is 321991, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This notice of proposed contract action is not a solicitation for quotes, bids, or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information to the point of contact no later than the date shown on this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
