The Wisconsin Air National Guard has a requirement for fitness equipment. For more information and the completed Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, see the attached B.01.Combined Synopsis and Solicitation. Adittional Attachments: Price Schedule & Purchase Description Brand Name Justification (Sorinex Center Mass Bell) Brand Name Justification (Exxentric kBox Accessories) 52.212-3 (DEVIATION 2023-O0002) (DEC 2022) ALTERNATE I (OCT 2014) As stated on the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, depending on responses received, distinct line items may be awarded to separate vendors. The Government’s intent is to issue one or more purchase order(s), and invoicing and payment will be made through WAWF. However, the Government will procure and pay using the Government Purchase Card (GPC) if the individual purchase falls at or below the micro-purchase threshold. Amendment 1 added 26 July 2023: a. The following line items require assembly as stated within the characteristics: 0017 – 0020 0048 (0048AA – AL) 0049 (0049AA – AK) b. Partial quotes will be considered. Amendment 2 added 31 July 2023: a. Ship to Address: 3110 Mitchell St, Madison, WI 53704 b. Bill to Address: Billing will be completed through WAWF IAW DFARS 252.232-7003 and instructions will be provided within any resulting awards. Amendment 3 added 9 August 2023: a. Brand Name or Equal Clarification: All items requested are brand name or equal unless annotated as brand name.
