This is a Sources Sought to identify sources capable of fulfilling the following requirement: a. Section 707 of Public Law 116-92 requires DoD to offer blood testing to all DoD firefighters for exposure to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The 115th Fighter Wing requires blood testing and results for approximately 28 individuals for the following PFAS compounds: Perfluorooctanoic acid Perfluorooctanesulfonic acid Perfluoronanoic acid Perfluorohexanesulfonic acid Perfluorobutanesulfonic acid Perfluoroheptanoic acid b. Blood draws will be accomplished by the 115th Fighter Wing. The contractor will be responsible for transport from the 115th Fighter Wing at 3110 Mitchell St in Madison, WI, testing within required guidelines, and reporting of results. Sources capable and willing to provide this service are requested to email a response with “Sources Sought W50S9F-24-Q-0002” in the subject line and shall provide the following information: Name of the firm and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). The socioeconomic status of the company. Point of contact name, phone number, and email address. Description of vendor capabilities iin terms of this requirement. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. The Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submissions will not be returned. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB, or RFP, if any is issued.
