The Wisconsin Air National Guard at Truax Field in Madison, WI requires provision and installation of 1 EACH high pressure breathing air compressor suitable for filling Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) air cylinders. The following characteristics are required: Five-stage Minimum Air-cooled Pressure lubrication Approximately 6000 psi working pressure High charging/fill rate Low oil pressure and high temperature safety shutdown Emergency stop push button Audible alarms on safety shutdown Inlet filter maintenance indicator Automatic condensate drain system with non-corrosive condensate reservoir and integrated float sensor Automatic “full” indication and compressor shutdown Air cylinders w/integrated rack Sound attenuating enclosure NFPA compliant fill station that can accommodate SCBA cylinders up to 31” in length Air purification Installation. Must fit through 70" x 80" door.
