NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The 115th Fighter Wing Mission Support Contracting office intends to solicit and award a sole source contract, using the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), to GENTEX CORP, 645 HARVEY RD, STE 102, MANCHESTER, NH 03103. This requirement is for provision of 40 EACH mask lights, GENTEX part number 1001682-00, which are supplemental lighting intended to be installed on the Gentex MBU-23/P oxygen mask. The NAICS for the requirement is 335139, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This notice of proposed contract action is not a solicitation for quotes, bids, or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information to the point of contact no later than the date shown on this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
