This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR Part 13 procedures will be utilized. (ii) Solicitation W50S9F-22-Q-0010 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04, effective 30 January 2022, and Defense Acquisition Circular DPN 20220228, effective 28 February 2022. (iv) This RFQ is solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS is 336214 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. (v - vii) The 115th Fighter Wing, Wisconsin Air National Guard, seeks one mobile temporary restroom trailer at Truax Field with delivery and set-up/installation at 3110 Mitchell St, Madison, WI 53704. The desired delivery date is 1 June 2022. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated with the following line items: Item 1: Purchase of one temporary restroom trailer configured per the attached purchase description Item 2: Delivery Item 3: Set-up / installation See additional instruction in section (xv) Instructions to Offerors. All contractors shall be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted to the government. Offerors shall ensure SAM registration is active. 3. It is the interested Offeror’s responsibility to check Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov for updated information. (xvi) All questions shall be in writing. Questions shall be emailed to the primary point of contact shown on this RFQ. Desired trailer should be pewter gray or similar. "Purchase Description v2" replaces "Purchase Description". Amendment 2, April 12, 2022: Warranty was added as a factor in determining the best value. Questions are answered: 1. Will the department accept a Used Trailer in good condition, or does it have to be new? A used trailer will be considered when determining the best value. 2. Will the trailer be placed in just one location, or will this be moved around to different locations? The trailer will be used at one location for the foreseeable future, but it is expected that it will be moved to different locations. 3. Can you please confirm that the government is responsible to provide hookup for all utilities? The Government will connect utilities to the trailer.
