The Wisconsin Air National Guard seeks sources capable of providing freshly prepared boxed lunches to members and delivering them to Truax Field in Madison, WI on June 4-5, 2022. The quantity required is anticipated to be between 300-400 meals each day on Saturday and Sunday. Catering is not required. A boxed lunch may contain the following items, but alternatives will be considered: - Sandwich/wrap composed of varying meats, cheeses, breads and vegetable garnish i.e. roast beef and Swiss on rye with green leaf lettuce - Side salad, which could include but not limited to, potato, macaroni, Cole slaw or lettuce with dressing - Beverage - Fresh Fruit - Individually wrapped prepared desert item - Condiments, such as mayonnaise - Prepackaged utensils with napkin and salt and pepper. Sources capable and willing to provide meals should provide the following Information in response to this Sources Sought: 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). 2. Small business status, including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc. 3. A description of the meal that you can provide. All interested concerns will provide the requested information via email to this office no later than the date specified. Include the following in the subject line: Sources Sought W50S9F-22-Q-0009. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued.
