This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR Part 13 procedures will be utilized. (ii) Solicitation W50S9F-22-Q-0005 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03, effective 1 January 2022, and Defense Acquisition Circular DPN 20211130, effective 30 November 2021. (iv) This RFQ is solicited as Full and Open Competition. The NAICS code is 624410 with a small business size standard of $8.0M. (v & vi) The Wisconsin Air National Guard (WIANG), will conduct a Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) event on Saturday, 5 February 2022. The WIANG seeks child care services for the event in The Wisconsin Dells, or in a directly adjacent area. See the Statement of Work for all event requirements. The Wisconsin Air National Guard seeks the following items and approximate quantities in support of the event: Items Item 1: Child care in room 1 for children ages 0-5. There will be an estimated 10 children. Item 2: Child care in room 2 for children ages 6-12. There will be an estimated 10 children. Item 3: Child care in room 3 for children ages 13-17. There will be an estimated 10 children. Item 4: Appropriate number of mats or sleeping bags for naps. Item 5: Portable cribs or Pack n’ Play type items, 2 EACH. (vii) Delivery schedule shall be 5 February 2022, with child care hours from 0700 to 1700. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is included in this solicitation. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the Government. Determination of best value will include an evaluation of price, past performance, and technical. A firm fixed price contract award is anticipated.
