This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR Part 13 procedures will be utilized. (ii) Solicitation W50S9F-21-Q-0016 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective 12 July 2021, and Defense Acquisition Circular DPN 20210709, effective 09 July 2021. (iv) This RFQ is solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 335312 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. (v & vi) The 115th Fighter Wing, Wisconsin Air National Guard (WIANG), is seeking a 125kW Diesel Generator with installation. An existing generator will require removal prior to installation as part of this requirement. Please reference the attached Purchase Description. See also "Instructions to Offerors" in section (xv). The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the Government. Determination of best value will include an evaluation of price, technical and delivery. A firm fixed price contract award is anticipated. It is your responsibility to make sure your quote is received. Instructions to Offerors: 1. Quote must include: a. Vendor's CAGE Code or DUNS Number. b. A copy of the representation at FAR 52.204-26, or have completed the representation in the vendors SAM profile. c. Detailed technical specifications of equipment. 3. Quotes must be valid until 30 September 2021. 4. All contractors shall be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted to the government. Offerors shall ensure SAM registration is active. 5. A site visit is scheduled for September 2nd, 2021 at 10:00 am. In order to attend the visit, you must pre-register no later than September 1st, 2021, 1:00 pm by emailing the point of contact on this RFQ. The email must include name, driver’s license number, and state of issue for all attendees. You will receive a confirmation for the meeting location. Face coverings are required and will not be available for distribution. Any attendee with symptoms of communicable illness will be denied base entry. 6. It is the interested Offeror’s responsibility to check Contracting Opportunities on beta.sam.gov for updated information. (xvi) All questions shall be in writing. Questions shall be emailed to the primary point of contact shown on this RFQ. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to the response date may not be answered.
