The 115th Fighter Wing, Wisconsin Air National Guard, has a requirement for provision and installation of a fixed P25 compliant Conventional Core System with Over-the-air Rekeying (OTAR) of AES encryption codes and Over-the-air Reprogramming (OTAP) for improved radio communication operations with current government owned equipment. The attached draft Purchase Description describes the requirement in greater detail. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project, including interested small business sources in all socioeconomic categories. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Information requested in response to this RFI includes: 1. Sources capable of fulfilling this requirement: Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, and small business status, including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc. 2. Whether this is available on any existing Government contract, including AFWAY or GSA’s 2GIT. 3. Approximate price. 4. Any requirements that are perceived as limiting competition, or suggestions to improve or clarify the Purchase Description. 5. Alternative solutions. All interested concerns will provide the requested information via email to this office no later than 29 July 2021.
