(v) The 115th Fighter Wing Fire Department anticipates the following deliverables to replace an existing Fire Department dispatch console: Item 1: Console system Item 2: Installation Item 3: Software Maintenance Item 4: Hardware Maintenance Item 5: Training (vi) Description of requirement: The Wisconsin Air National Guard, 115th Fighter Wing, requires replacement of an existing Fire Department Dispatch Console. See attached Purchase Description for details on the scope of work and other requirements. A site visit is offered. See Instructions to Offerors for details. (vii) Delivery is desired not later than 90 days after contract award. The delivery and acceptance shall be 3110 Mitchell St, Madison, WI 53704. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. This is a sources sought synopsis to be used in support of market research to identify potential vendors. The Wisconsin Air National Guard, 115th Fighter Wing, Madison, WI, seeks information on authorized sellers who can provide the following items, which will include installation and training services: 1. Replace the core and PC workstation Fire Department Dispatch Console (MCC 5500) with a new system to include adding recorder equipment, integrating pre-existing and additional radios, integrating garage door controls, integrating building PA, and adding digital/analog/VOIP phone lines tied into the system. See attached Purchase Description for salient characteristics and more details about the required features of this replacement. In response to this sources sought, the following information is requested: 1.
